We’re putting the winter months behind us and  keeping the spring momentum going after a couple of great clean ups leading up to our tree planting extravaganza - in addition to the weekend where we had to plant 300 FREE trees (courtesy of PennVest and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society).  We are really making our grant funds work extra hard for us by having so much volunteer labor on the trail - thank you all!

Our next clean up is Saturday April 17th and Sunday April 18th.  Meet at Cynwyd Station.

The super intrepid people will be there at 8:30 am, and be there until 12:30 pm when free pizza will be served.

Although, anyone who wants to grasp a sandwich at Mama’s Pizza with me afterward on Saturday is invited.

In addition, the Lower Merion Historical Society is having their annual meeting/potluck on the 18th after the clean up, if anyone would like to move on to that event.....

There’s a lot going on - now is a great time to be a part of this project.
